Chris Black for Megastar!

Last week we had rising star, Chris Black from Motueka in the studio. He urgently needed a song recorded for the finals of the International competition run by Usher called Megastar.
His voice sounded silky smooth through our Neumann U67 microphone and he managed to get the live track down in an hour. 
Unfortunately due to some unknown guidelines around song choice Chris couldn't actually use the song he recorded with us, but our engineer, Mark Patterson has done a rather lovely mix of it anyways. 
Today Chris is sitting at second place in the competition.
There's still time to go and download the Megastar App and cast your vote for Chris Black. It's really exciting watching his journey. He's such a lovely talented guy and we are definitely keeping our fingers crossed that he takes out first prize and wins that million $USD!
